I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. The work culture here is very balanced. My manager is very humble person. He never called me after the office time and when some task get delayed he always used to talk very nicely and resolved the issue.

I worked in the Home Network department. Management had no clue on how to run this business. Recently it was sold to Vantiva. Working at commscope is terrible. Its run by a cartel of Managers who care only about keeping their job. Too much of middle management who keep interfering in every technical decision, even though they have no technical knowledge.
