The work culture here is very balanced. My manager is very humble person. He never called me after the office time and when some task get delayed he always used to talk very nicely and resolved the issue.

Confirmed Employees are forced to Resign within 2 Months, Degree Engineers with more than 10 years experience are forced to work as Production Helpers here, Low Salary package, Pathetic working environment, Insane Transportation fees charged, Terrible Annual Increments, Food available in Canteen sometimes is not Edible.

I worked in the Home Network department. Management had no clue on how to run this business. Recently it was sold to Vantiva. Working at commscope is terrible. Its run by a cartel of Managers who care only about keeping their job. Too much of middle management who keep interfering in every technical decision, even though they have no technical knowledge.
