Nothing is good they just provide good training platform but there's no certificate for that.

Dislikes

They offer a good CTC but after training period the ctc remains same but they change basic salary. There's no job security, without any prior knowledge these guys just fire people. There are no projects in this company .

The management is very poor, They trained us on 3 different domains but they don’t have any project due to which they are conducting evaluation. According to STL evaluation is nothing but the initial step to terminate the employees.

I got selected for Sterlite Technology for the GET role for the 2022-23 hiring and we were waiting to join in 2023 but after giving a letter of selection and after 9 months they simply gave a mail and revoked our offer. they don't even think because of this we were not allowed to sit for this long period of a tie in other companies and now at the end they are saying we cant give DOJ. Worst Management. Poor company culture and internal politics. No opportunities for skill development. This place is a nightmare for every fresher. They hired freshers in bulk amount and terminate them in 3 months from joining.
