Although i joined in lockdown and have been doing WFH since i joined the process and flexibility provided by Sterlite w.r.t WFH was smooth. Till Date didnt face any issues w.r.t job security and policies are also kinda MNC Types which is ok. Overall an Average experience.

Micro and total Mismanagement, Your Job Role is a myth..You are required to do N Number of nonsense tasks not related to profile, They demand 12 hour working with all weekends on. Very basic and small level projects. Products are typical Billing, CRM, Charging systems which requires an upgrade. Pretty much messed up environment

Engineers don't perform. Enginners/Managers only uses the operatots/TEchnicians for their pesonal growth. Most of the research/process identification operators do , but they don't get credit. No any compensation when operator has insisted to leave the job. Operator should get compensation , as he gives his youth to the company.
