Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good and work life balance is there.

Manager will say bad words in daily meeting who is short tempered & arrogant. Politics & favourism. No note pad/ diary , pens, markers will be provided. Food in the canteen is worst & no space in canteen. Lack of organised job responsibility. No snacks available. Drinking water providing without cleaning bottles. Manager continouosly changed, Senior peoples not supported, Office politics, Salaries are increased by looking at the face, Everything will happen in the minds of big people.. Example.. Bus route & basic things. Trouble pf security, Many more.

Work flexibility is there ,you can do your job without any hesitation, leave policy is good there , parties nd extra curriculum activities are there, annual health checkup, Support system from HR admin is there.

Promotion policy need to be improve, give promotion as per candidate potential not because they are bosses favourite, Please give rating as per performance not because some buttering. Few People deserve to grow but because of politics inside of plant they won't even get a proper appraisal.
