They don't care about employees and company can take resignation without any prior notice. Hire and fire is very normal and toxic environment. They are also deducting money for week off in this hotel.In Sterling Legacy Shimla, the salary of the old workers is less and the salary of the new freshers is higher.The shoes given by this company to the staff got torn in just 15 days.Job here is not secure at all
