Work environment is quite good.company policies are good but this company not given increment every years. For increment employee should wait for at least 3 years. Upper management salaries are very high as compaired to bottom level employee even both employee having a same years of experience. In short management is terrible.😔

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
