Office work may be good but at site . Not about sterling all the solar companies are torturing engineers . 1. No weekly off 2. Strict & uncomfortable office timing - morning 9 Am to 8-9-10-11 Pm till evening at daily basis. 3.If you take leave you feel like begging . 4.No increment & promotion untill you are a relative . 5. Hardwork doesn't pays off until you switch company.
