There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
