Its been a great pleasure to work with Stellar. The team mates are very supportive and co operative but its vary person to person. They trained the fresher with providing deep knowledge and mould them to take over responsibilities so they do job in very systematic way. The salary is quite low as a startup for a person that have a professional degree, according to work and all responsibilities but employees get satisfactory appraisal. Employees also get opportunity to explore new cities, meet new people, new culture and alot to learn as company provide all allowances. There also exist some politics and sometimes supervisor/team leader misuse their power and designation. Stellar totally provide much more learning environment as this is a different and vast field but one thing for sure everybody enjoy their work in data recovery. Work environment is also good because there are neither so much pressure of work nor hectic. Data recovery is the field in which employees require one quality and that is patience which will definitely affect the output with maximum accuracy. Dislikes

Politics. Some supervisor/team leader misuse their power and designation which would be roadblock for those who really have skills and knowledge and wanted to do something for organisation.
