There is hardly much to like. The company isn't in a great shape tbh.

The payscale is very less, zero chance to develop skills. No chance of promotions. Plus, they are not transparent about their policies. They removed people by giving frivolous reasons of poor performance, while it was very clear that they lack the funds to sustain the business. Wouldn't recommend joining.

Work life can get messy. You have to take classes till 8:30 PM. Plus at times the parent calls get booked at odd timings such that you can't even have food in peace.

No support from the Managers, No motivation. If you are facing any issue they will not help you find a way to resolve it. No work life balance Strict timing Have to achieve daily parameters else it will be marked as LOP.

Pathetic you don't get time for anything even after the duty hour you need to work just to match daily parameters so that you don't get LOP

Management and Vision. They actually care about students and learning and the concept is very new. Hiring bar is pretty high and the peers are smart. Targets and what to do are very clear.

Dislikes

Completely remote and so informal chats are not very easy. You need to be prepared to motivate yourself in the sales role. Definitely not a laid back role.

The work environment and the teams are lovely and most importantly we have flexibility which is an amazing factor according to me ! I would definitely recommend any of my family members or friends to work in stayqrious without any doubt 😄

Maybe second and fourth Saturday can be given an off!
