Likes

brand equity proud to be associated with largest network of branches employee empowerment opportunities are excellent . Besides so many bugs in the system , bank is enhancing its profile . Crises management is superb.

Dislikes

The philosophy and culture taught in the academies and learning centers , though excellent , remain confined to the four walls of these insitutes , they need to travel from the walls of these centers to the branches HR in the institution is dismal .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
