I got a opportunity to learn the basics of banking field, from the initial stage means from customer engagement to customer service I learnt valuable things of direct customer management. The remuneration is purely transaction based so each day you have to start from base. You have to engage your own customer base and the bank worksas a medium of transaction. I have to use various innovative ideas to attract customers mainly the customer base is low income based people. Most of them haven't seen a bank in their life span they are purely cash transaction based customers. But the SBI and Govt of India provided the opportunity to these people to get interact with banking through zero deposit savings accounts, RD accounts and Fixed deposits....Read More

Technical issues are not sort out on war-front basis. and totally self finance business.
