Not been supportive through COVID as more than required number of staff was called in to work daily through the lockdown. Pre-decided holidays were cancelled in the lockdown. Some staff was even called in on weekends. No transportation aid was provided. Staff was transferred to remote locations or far off locations even in the lockdown. Tests are not done timely. Even staff reporting sick or "feeling unwell" is denied taking day offs....Read More

The work pressure was very high. Compensation is decent, but controller are very conservative to release the same.

Generally speaking, my work was very challenging as I had to look after the entire area of banking operations and credit area as well as manage day to day target. Manage the branches guide them for day to day business alongwith personal visits.
