I was in need of an job as worked there as it was a need. The peer pressure of work got over my limits at the end of my tenure there however I still survived and completed 2 and half years as I needed this much time spented

There is toxic work culture in Startek also as we see in many firms. The performanc marks are as such and elevated as it is impossible to acivleve it on regular basis as this is an tactic of every company out there giving you opportunity to work.

There is nothing to be liked in this organisation from TL to Manager all are like rowdies and wanted the employee to like their boots. For getting 1 day leave you have to beg for 3 months ago and that will also not sure that you will get that leave. You will not get leave even if you are sick. You have to always come to the office on time but there is no time limit for leave the office. You have to beg for going to the lunch and even for washroom.. Worst company pls don't join here. Every month they will hire because everyone will leave the job within one month. Middle of the night they will ask you to come to office after giving work from home. You can't even use rest room in emergency purpose

The things which I've don't like over here that while getting promoted through an IJP they only made hike of 10% from previous salary which I thought not sufficient they should make a slab for each designation promotion like if an agent got promoted as an Senior executive so it should get a hike b/w 15-20% and if they promoted as anTL so it was should be 25-30% of salary hike but over it is not happening...Read More

Admin - Poor management of office Overall Environment - They will not care about anything rather than work, they have terminated so many employees without proper reasons, they have never arranged any outing for team with company budget, ER team is pathetic, Employee development or training- nothing, they never took any training sessions for support staff to upskill them. No tissue paper, no toi*et paper, Locker is not available for the employees to keep their belongings, No place to keep the bag, No celebration of Festival, No decoration on National holidays. People calls Startek as MNC but it is not, neither the work environment nor the people of Startek. Managers don't know how to speak and they call themselves "Manager".
