The working environment is not gud and they never like to support the team members And there will be no progress in our position ☹️

Totally the work in Aeigs is not good and they r not providing proper salary details and the PF amount which they deduct from our monthly salary and not providing ESI for the employee even they deduct from monthly salary Totally in my point of view it's not gud for a gud person

No support from company.i felt like animal ,such kind of treatment. With aegis experience certificate am not getting job even in a store.can any one help to get job same field.??

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
