It can be switched to part time after working 3 months as full te employee

Dislikes

No job security as you may get terminated due to csat scores, every week timings get changed

Work Details

As a part timer timing is fixed but for full timers 10 hrs shift is Little hectic.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
