My journey as a SEO specialist at StarClinch was challenging in the beginning. She helped me identify the resources I needed to succeed, such as additional training materials and mentorship from other team members. Furthermore, she encouraged me to speak up and ask for help when I needed it, which made me feel more confident in my abilities. I recently left StarClinch after 2 years of working there. While there were certainly some positive aspect to my time at the company, overall I found it to be a challenging experience. The workload often overwhelming and there was a lack of support system. Additionally, company culture is good, but sometime colleagues are not supporting. Ultimately, I decided to move on and find a new work place.
