There's less micro management and results are all that requires but should be in an ethical way.

My journey as a SEO specialist at StarClinch was challenging in the beginning. She took the time to understand my concerns and worked with me to create plan to improve my performance. She helped me identify the resources I needed to succeed, such as additional training materials and mentorship from other team members. Furthermore, she encouraged me to speak up and ask for help when I needed it, which made me feel more confident in my abilities. The work culture and working environment is toxic, they pressure the employees to write fake reviews with full of lies. The CEO Varun Aggarwal is a narcissist person, uses abusive language and terrible words to employees. Shout at everyone for no reason, and doesn't behave properly with female employees as well.

I recently left StarClinch after 2 years of working there. While there were certainly some positive aspect to my time at the company, overall I found it to be a challenging experience. The workload often overwhelming and there was a lack of support system. Additionally, company culture is good, but sometime colleagues are not supporting. Very ignorant CEO with no management skills only fumes in anger, abuses and shouts. Salary never paid in full or on time. Work hours go on for 10 hours and doesn't end before 8pm or 9pm yet the salary is deducted.

Since it's a start-up most of the workload needs to be managed independently, facilitating a lot of opportunity for learning. According to me this company seems right for both fresher-level and experienced individuals because there's ample exposure and opportunities available.
