She helped me identify the resources I needed to succeed, such as additional training materials and mentorship from other team members. Furthermore, she encouraged me to speak up and ask for help when I needed it, which made me feel more confident in my abilities. The CEO Varun Aggarwal is a narcissist person, uses abusive language and terrible words to employees. Shout at everyone for no reason, and doesn't behave properly with female employees as well.

The workload often overwhelming and there was a lack of support system. Additionally, company culture is good, but sometime colleagues are not supporting.
