Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary of a barista ( 10.5k) has not been changed for last 6-7 years. Career growth will be very slow.

Job nature will be making coffee, taking orders, clearing tables, asking feedbacks and so on.. The job is interesting but the work load will be more because of less manpower.
