The company is open to innovation and result adopts latest technology. I have the fact that I am a part of a team that maekets reliable high quality products and has a global client base. Actually these company is making special steel product with help of metalorgical engineering heating and forging process.

Star wire india ltd hired maintenance team through the the macro thermal pvt ltd , Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high . Sometimes attend both shift day and night. Yet manager do not value an individual unique strengths, but my team work with positive attitude. and salary not increment on the the time.
