Star estate is an organization, is an most unprofessional organization and not an company to work. They don't pay salaries to employees after 2 months. They dismiss the employees without prior notice . The HR policies are pathetic of this company. Superb bajpai the HR in the company don't know any HR norms. The upper management is totally totally sales oriented they don't give at least 3 to 4 months to employees to perform. Company culture and work environment are very good, people who are hardworking and really have intend to work stress free then Star is a perfect company for them,I have spent almost 2years and it was a great time for my career journey.

The only thing which i didn't like,there is no individual growth in junior level and office politics didn't allow to raise questions infront of management.
