Probably the only company where you won't like anything about it. Absolutely worst.
Dislikes
Don't stick to the profile offered. No management help in case of a new hire. Reporting manager will never meet you. Even when you ask for help you will be told that you are on your own. Don't ever join Star Estate. They do illegitimate activity of sun brokering. You are supposed to onboard CPs and offer more brokerage but never gibe anything in writing. Horrible company.

The worst company and management they support only 1 person in system who stay with head 24×7. Head give all leads and bookings to him and they both get FOS from builder. Star estate is an organization, is an most unprofessional organization and not an company to work. They don't pay salaries to employees after 2 months. They dismiss the employees without prior notice . The HR policies are pathetic of this company. Superb bajpai the HR in the company don't know any HR norms. The upper management is totally totally sales oriented they don't give at least 3 to 4 months to employees to perform. Noting to like about this company sirf bolbachan hai they don't even have office incentive you get once when you join them koi na koi bahana hoga to release it in HR and management doesn't know inhand salary ka matalab.They would deduct taxes from any time without informing.
