I started my career with Stanza Living and it was thoroughly a great experience working at Stanza. Work culture and office environment was friendly and collaborative, fostering a strong sense of team work. Management team was supportive and approachable. Company had a well structured training program that allows employees to upskill and stay updated with the latest processes and technologies.

Dislikes

While my experience was mostly positive, there were few area where Stanza could improve that's the workload management and compensation structure. At times, the workload could be overwhelming, leading to long working hours. And the company doesn't offer a competitive salary packages to its employees.

When I was joined Stanza living in 2022 Dec 29th - I trained under Sagar Patel, He is well trainer and nice guy of the company, after sagar sir, I got transferred to under Mohit Sambus, He is the one of great supporter and always encourage me to take initiative and complete all tasks without any failure, after Mohit sir's one the most & best cm I got, in Stanza living whole experience, she is very helpful for employees, yes she is always support us and enjoying with us and she is taking her work very seriously, no matter how we are talking each other, how we are behaving each other, in her life 1st thing is Company work next is employees questions, and 1 well thing happened with me and between my cm is she is always support in all things, no matter what issue is happening in ground, Her Name Is Varsha MN,...Read More

Biase , not happy with the appraisals, Stanza will think about staff means rc shift timings also, about the Traveling allowance in advance,

Nothing to be like about Stanza Living, disgusting work life. Getting tortured and manager.

Dislikes

Work life is not balanced. Salary, appraisal issue. There is no working hour described. We were working day night continuously. Very strict. Don't prefer anyone for job over here at Stanza Living. All over experience is disgusting.
