There is no ground level check how team works they don’t provide training for any sales pitch there will no interference in starting of the months as they want to complete there target when its done all the senior will come and tell u that is not the way to complete the task as if the don’t know what going on from starting sales person always give the daily report to reporting manager but in the end they will give bull ahit and they will remove u from the company by saying u have done all the wrong i hope they will change the environment of the company vision is good but the some employees are there who are there to get money from small thing which is so pity work culture is good but the pressure will be there always . If company want to go forward they have to come to check ground level working as there is so many loop holes which cannot be seen by sitting in office as i am saying there should be a senior person who is with the company for long or from starting who will be there to check ground level check he will be the only person to get trusted else other are only for the money not for the working....Read More
