As a staff should work about minimum 12 hours, while travelling take every day 4 hour. Then life will end hear only 😩. No timing no Saturday leave.

Dislikes

While I truly value my experience at Stanley, one area that could be improved is communication between departments. Sometime there are gaps in the floor of information which can lead to delay or misunderstanding. Additionally, the company could improve in promoting staff in manner, similar to how increments are given.

There are couple of areas where I believe improvements could enhance the employee experience. for Instance, washrooms for our division are located quite far, Which can be inconvenient at times. Additionally the canteen food could use more variety and better quality.
