Highly recommended as an employee ,Besides having positives and negatives which every other company is having , its good place to work . Each department team is too good to work with and the management truely cares on the employee well being . Highlighting the HR team who works well and do the prompt documentation , prompt salary on date and employee engagement activities . While I truly value my experience at Stanley, one area that could be improved is communication between departments. Sometime there are gaps in the floor of information which can lead to delay or misunderstanding. Additionally, the company could improve in promoting staff in manner, similar to how increments are given.

There are couple of areas where I believe improvements could enhance the employee experience. for Instance, washrooms for our division are located quite far, Which can be inconvenient at times. Additionally the canteen food could use more variety and better quality.
