Company has very good salary structure and they offer good package.

Salary - Excellent

Dislikes

For starter the company is ok . But for long term you can't hold in this organisation. Not much time spent but I didn't find myself suitable to this organisation as you can't work independently here .

Work Details

It was a sales profile I worked for and I found very unstable team as all sales team resigned in span of one month of South region. There were some challenges related to channel sales team manager , as he used to be very unprofessional

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
