Stanley Engineered Fastening is very very good company related to company invironmet or working culture , no out of pressure of work , work having according to KRA , HR is best, related to any concern immediately action on concern, employees are very happy from HR , but some related to salary , and Job is secure here ,

There is the very low salary of all Engineer and salary not according to company policy and salary of junior large and senior salary is less, it's very affected on work of senior, and no growth, and no any senior Listen related to salary.

Very insecured space. There is no job security even for leadership people who have spent 25 years in the company. Anything can happen anytime. There is no proper Job Description. HR is recruiting in a spree.

RSM of North East is one of the worst person ever seen , he has own business of it's own of Pantanjali and thinks Stanley is also his father Business and he is one of the great destroyer in the company only enjoying salary last 18 years. NSM and all Head are fool in this company. Outside india it's ok but in India those mawara is destroying the culture. Never try to join in North East. Every saturday is closed from HO but the Mewara RSM used to open the office. Every day RSM visit personal business after 2.30 pm, and destroy the office atmosphere every day he is good for nothing.
