The way contract staff of the bank under E-business department was used and laid out without consideration of the environment they are pushed to. Very difficult to secure a job except you have an in room person.

Stanbic Ibtc Bank is a bank to work with in terms welfare, ethics and culture, value, integrity. It allows new innovations, welcome ideas no matter how small it could be, it adopts new technology to serve customer/client better. I love working with the bank and their achievements are always on top notch.

They still need to keep doing more in order to be the leading financial solutions provider, and also need to look into some policies regarding their employees at the lower level plus thier remunerations.

As a ledger officer, i review transactions processed in Global Market Operations, Cash Management Unit, Account Maintenance, Consolidated and domestic Payments to spot errors and raise exceptions so as to guide against financial loss.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopted letest technology. Respect for one another, level of integrity, working in team, delivering to the share holders and so on.

There is no pension benefit for sales agent, no health care provision, and no career part, assuming working for six years, when ever there is any opening they will tell you to write HSL test. And imaging the test is not about STANBIC or Sales its the content of assumption and creative thinking. Why?
