Stanbic has a strong brand name as far as Ghana is a concern and they are open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology, I love the fact that Stanbic bank products are unique in the Ghanaian market and that makes easy to sell .

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high, sometimes I have to work 15 hours in a day, and six days in a week and also more often remuneration is base on your performance on the job.

Generally, my work is more about customers acquisition and excellent customers service delivery that's to make sure I delight my client which slightly challenging because it has to do with meeting your target monthly bases.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
