There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Appraisals are not fair and they give good salary but not hike and bonus every year.

I worked for one of its unit titled as Mak engineers . Their primary business is electrical panel manufacturing. The job pressure is low as compared to other panel manufacturing companies.

The working hours were 8 hrs + 2 hrs overtime . Though I was into design but was never asked to work from home after job hours.
