That was nice environment to become a good physiotherapist. Everyone support and give the opportunity to empower the patient as much as possible.

Dislikes

There no dislikes , but I would like to tell about my point of view has 2 dislikes . Decrease the value of physiotherapist and increase the value of nurses. There is no equality in every departments at St. James' Hospital. Some of them are blaming against the hospital . They are promote and suggest the patient to other hospitals it leads to decrease the confidence of patients....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
