My Job role was to attend new clients and understand their system of working and accordingly we have top audit the entire process whether followed as per norms or not and also to find the flaws in the entire chain of management cycle.

SSKM is not a paying firm. Compensation and growth opportunities is very very limited in SSKM. HR has no role w.r.t appraisal system and growth of employees. Parner is the king in SSKM. You have to chase him for each matter wrt to appraisal, growth, compensation structure etc. There i s no policy of doing appraisals. Work life at SSKM had always been good when compared from Big Four firms. You can easily take leaves and can leave early if there is any personal work. All you have to manage the work in such situations. That’s it.

It's a very good CA firm in almost all areas concerned be it in terms of learning, providing opportunities for independently handling listed client's unit's or business groups, job security, work life balance etc.
