Overall, I'm really happy with my decision to join SRV Media. It's a great place to work, with a fantastic culture and plenty of opportunities for growth. If you're considering a job here, I'd definitely recommend it. However, please keep in mind, agency life is quite fast-paced.

Here at SRV I appreciate the possibilities for growth. In addition, I enjoy how management, VP or MD are available to talk to you about any problem you have. In the workplace, you know that people work to their capacity. This type of thing encourages you to do the same thing. And that's what you do. When you receive prizes like quarter employees, this motivation is increased.

In addition to work, the organization could do additional engaging activities. Those here are missing. Some activities or visits for team building might significantly help with motivation. I also dislike the absence of interdepartmental communication. It's not as good as it should be there, however. You would expect the communication to be great from a huge and advertising organization.
