Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Success Rate: Ensure successful project completion by developing and adhering to detailed plans, coordinating with teams and vendors, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Cost Metrics Adherence: Deliver accurate and timely releases, manage projects within budget, enhance team efficiency, drive sales growth, and produce high-quality content to boost brand visibility and customer acquisition.
- Content Review: Deliver high-quality, accurate content with consistent style, meticulous editing, and thorough research while meeting client expectations.
- Optimization and Hygiene Check: Drive process improvements, maintain accurate documentation and manage content quality and reporting efficiently.
- Project Closure Reporting: Submit comprehensive and accurate project closure reports promptly after project completion.
- PR Trend Analysis, Innovation, and Adaptation: Conduct monthly industry research, competitor analysis, and implement innovative PR strategies to boost media coverage, brand visibility, and client satisfaction.
- Client Presentations: Create high-quality presentation materials, conduct in-depth sector research, and deliver engaging PR strategies to showcase client market positions effectively and campaign results.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate on integrated campaigns with the BD and branded/retainer teams, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and engage in cross-functional meetings to strengthen team synergy.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research, track competitor activities, and analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and identify story opportunities.
- Resource Management: Develop and execute comprehensive resource plans and project briefings while effectively implementing tools and technologies to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Analysis Of Projects: Ensure effective project management and accurate reporting by maintaining crisis templates, overseeing timelines, conducting client meetings, updating financial records, and tracking refunds.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure effective client relationship management by maintaining transparent communication, addressing concerns promptly, delivering accurate content, and achieving high client retention.
Requirements- Expertise in developing and executing PR strategies to enhance brand visibility significantly and reputation.
- Skilled in building and nurturing strong relationships with media outlets to secure coverage and manage press interactions.
- Adept at engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and effectively managing their expectations.
- Experienced in designing and leading PR campaigns that align with strategic goals and objectives.
- Proficient in utilizing analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance and impact of campaigns.
- Capable of crafting persuasive press releases, pitches, and presentations that drive media interest and client satisfaction.
Additional Requirements :
- Quickly Adapt to new PR and sales techniques and industry trends.
- Efficiently manage communications with clients and team members.
