Dislikes

Decentralized management is necessary for rapid growth and it's getting decentralized slowly. Internal Srushty owned projects were put on hold for external projects. Could have progressed internal projects slowly instead of holding it.. as these projects will be a passive income for the company. Too much freedom for employees leads to unnecessary confusion and productivity damage, needs few strict rules in such a way productivity won't get affected. especially in and out timings during working hours, lunch hours. etc.....Read More
