This company MD T.C Reddy is very worst person. They terminate the employee without settlement. No reason they stopped some of the employees salary on November 2024 onwards and T.C Reddy asked those employees to leave immediately without paid of that particular month salary. There is no ethics , culture and MD T.C Reddy will treat the employees very wrong ways. This company will not provide health insurance, they will not provide payslip and will not give relieving letter also. You can not gain any knowledge in this company. After T.C. Reddy (MD) another worst person is P.Srinivasa Rao (VP). Both are third class people and they spoiled employees....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
