I feel great working with SMI as a brand executive. Two years have passed, I still feel more energetic to work in this concern. One thing I like to appreciate is their salary commitment. Our salary is credited on or before the 5th of every month and that is quite helpful for women like me who are financially independent. Thanks to the management for being prompt.

Being a female staff, I enjoy flexible working hours. They are more considerate about all female employees and once we finish our task we can leave. You can maintain a healthy work-life balance.

The only disadvantage is I had to commute from a very long distance. But once I am in, the peaceful work environment makes me feel stress free.

There's so much to learn here. There are lot of projects to work on and every task is a learning experience. The teammates and the environment are supportive and transparent. Good work culture and environment.

Most of the time I had worked extra hours due to project deadlines. But otherwise the working hour is flexible in SMI.

I am working as a senior developer in SMI, I was offered a work opportunity here in 2017. I joined SMI with little technical knowledge and now I've developed a vast technical experience. The work culture here is extremely great.

I joined SMI as a fresher with zero practical knowledge. Proper guidance and training have been offered by the development team. With their tremendous support, now I can see myself as a technical head with better industry knowledge.
