I like my teaching and my students

I had a worst experience in overall.There is no min respect to teachers from parents and management.They will blame the staff for every single thing whether we have done the mistake or not.Too much of work, stress, pressure etc.

Teachers are responsible enough to perform their duties, but the worst part is, for small things they threaten like if you don't do this your salary will be deducted. (For the work which they give at 11th hour)

Hectic timings are too high, u won't get even regular holidays those are there in the Central govt calendar

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

None of the above facilities i got, even during the lockdown for school inspection we use to conduct classes T home and then go to school to complete some filing and all which were needed for inspection.
