I worked at SRACO for 10 years as an HVAC Technician at Royal Commission Hospital Jubail. The company does not care about employee growth. There is no salary increment even after working for 8-10 years. Instead of increasing salaries, they can reduce salary anytime without any reason. There is no job security and the management always supports the company, not employees. Indian workers are forced to work on low salaries without any negotiation. Salary is low ,but monthly end get salary, Don't delay ,good ,and If you go vacation and you have any tools in your name you can't go vacation,don't get any tools in your name.
