On the matter of salary adjustment, we want to clarify that this was an optional offer, which you chose to take. This offer was presented as a way to help you continue in the role, and it was aligned with the company's performance evaluation processes. It’s important to mention that accountability, professional communication, and adherence to company policies are fundamental in maintaining a productive work environment.
