Everything Don’t ever try this company 1.This company’s motto is “Steal, beg or borrow “ from clients If you are not achieving targets for one month then you will be listed on the Performance improvement program , that’s a horrible thing. 2. Poor top level management For example : they only hire based on MBA tier 1 or tier 2 peoples who doesn’t know about anything about the product 3.Each and every company will be having some basic mandatory training for about 3-4 weeks atleast for new joinee peoples , but here you will be on roll after 3-5 days from the date of joining 4.I have seen very worst top level management personalities and I really wanted to mention one atleast ( chahat puri - she is the director of sales ) List goes on to 1000 other points to dislike my job....Read More

This seems to horrendous that they take advantage of candidates needing a job and fake it. They lie to the candidate and when go there you get to know another story. I was called by the HR telling me it's a pure interior design role and when i got there the HR didn't show up post the 1st round and i came to know there that sales is involved whereas in the beginning i was specific about me not wanting a sales profile. They need to stop being such a toxic and fake place to work at. Honestly these days it's just business and money they care about not the employees. + firms like squareyards, livspace, hipcouch, flipspaces, arrivae, urbann, beware of these firms they hire and fire, + they have sales hardcore involved and no proper working culture or time.

company culture is so bad. they expect us to come to office even if you are ill.I never suggest any one to join an a designer , only sales people rule the company as there own . Value for designer is very less and incentive structure is completely for sales executive but the entire work is done by designer .
