Over all culture and work ethics I have described through stars. But here I would like to inform about another important thing that If the one get offer X CTC including Company's ESOPS, please don't accept it. ESOPs are illusion you will never get it for sure.

Dislikes

Job Security Policy circulaton on WhatsApp. The one who is sitting above can decide any thing any time. Worst Incentive structure. An illusionary structure of Incentive. Your National holidays get removed by the management, infact you have to work for 90 days continuously from Jan to Mid April for the sake of March ending.
