Manager hire girls who is good looking for starting his relationship and they do help in sales like they give him a free sale of someone else and owner of that lead even don't comes to know what happens with their clients. 3. Manager says you will not follow companies rules all have to follow how I wanted you all to work. 4. Even after showing leave on portal managers gives the warning to come office else they exit us. 5. Managers hold the Incentives as well. 6. As an T0 in interview they told you to just get a visit done and managers will close that visit but at the end of manager fails and you are 0 sale till 3 months T3 removes you and send bad feedback about you in management and removes you just to save his manager. 7. If any doggy employee of manager is in danger like in PIP so manager gives him share on some another employees sale to save him, which is very bad first employee always gets demotivated. 8. Her job security is less for hard working guy but it's an government job opportunity for doggy type employee who always walk behind the manager at all become managers servant then you are safe. 9. To be honest I've never worked in such a terrible company like square yards. They have zero culture. They just hire you and expect you to deliver without any training. The so called Co founder has zero idea about business. He just abuses people with unparliamentary language. They don't deposit your EPF. They hold your salary for no reason.

More than 50% of business in square yards is fake, leaders give fake deals to their favorites for promotion and worst quality of leads work culture is worst not appreciation for hardwork even leader ask for money if someone incentive is stuck for giving him deal. Micro management by managers such as Ishant , Mohit and Shubhi . Employees are asked to leave " in and out " messages on WhatsApp for breaks and lunches . Being treated like we are in kindergarden . If you're late by 2 mins , you would be made fun of by other team members which Is actually encouraged by the Leaders such as Ishant ,Mohit . Moreover , if you're asked to work on a Sunday ( which Is the only day off ) , if you dare to speak against it , a meeting is organized ( a formal one ) to again trash you infront of everyone where you are literally called a servant ( Ishant did this ) . Working here seems like a suffocating experience . I wonder why people leave this place after every 2 months . They will hate you for bringing ideas , doing better . ( Management will ) .
