Awful working experience with poor management on Top who is running the company on trial & error method.

Dislikes

Poor Working Culture, No worklife balance, Job threats, salary issue for downsides, no guidance from seniors, all are just busy to save their jobs.. ! Complete mockery of corporate house.

They make employee work from 7 am till 9 pm on 6 days a week. So you can evaluate work life balance here..
