They are so smart to leverage their employees as much as possible with cheap tatics. Ex: some holiday they make it as an optional holiday yet we can only available of if we complete that day's work in prior. And they have many tactics like this.

The team was big so got to interact and learn from others. The work life ended as soon as you left the office.

Dislikes

Learning/new skills were stagnant after a point of time. The company does not treats its employees as humans. No benefits, appropriate appraisals or perks. No celebrations, official parties at all.

The best part about working with Square Yards is the lenient work culture. You are not bound to remain at desks. They aim to offer a work culture in which employees can feel free from work pressure. You work better when you don't have a set of rules to follow up. Talking about the management team, it is the best I have seen by now. Everyone is treated equally and have their own significance.

Dislikes

I would say working days. Although, Saturdays are fun, as there is no work pressure. We can work as per our choice and utilize this day to enhance our skills.
