Likes

It is one of the best Hospital in Bangladesh. Excellent opportunity for any health care professional to give their best. Periodic Training and staff development is a added value. Working atmosphere is good. Appraisal is based on true performance .

Dislikes

I don't have any disliking about the Hospital because I have enjoyed my work and everybody has appreciated my volume of work.

Work Details

My work was challenging as mamy of the nurses left job due to Govt. Opening but I was able to manage with the help from the other associates , I have to manage in and out 1100 manpower but ofcourse with the helping hand from all the team member

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
