Office interiors are good.

Dislikes

There is so much chaos in the company. The techology department work area sometimes look like a fish market even when so many people are still WFH. Upper management in technology is weak and dont work cooperatively. Most of the work is done haphazardly. TPMs are technically incompetent. Lack of processes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
